Job Title: Housing Academy senior administrator
Salary: £19k to £21k (depending on experience)
Location: Hybrid– a combination of working from home and in the office based in Coventry
Hours: 35 hours per week
The CIH Housing Academy is one of the largest providers of housing qualifications and training in the UK. An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivated senior administrator to join our successful Housing Academy hub to enhance, support and make a positive difference to our students’ and trainees’ experience.
You will need proven organisational and administrative skills and experience, preferably within an education environment, including experience of the student lifecycle. Taking a proactive and flexible approach to managing your workload to meet strict deadlines, you will also be experienced in working supportively as part of a team to deliver activities in a fast-paced and varied environment.
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and customer service and be able to interact effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
You will bring to the role first class administrative and IT skills, including strong data input, manipulation skills and excellent attention to detail. You will also have the problem-solving skills and creative thinking required to develop and improve processes and aspects of the student experience.
