Anti-social behaviour is generally well managed in the social housing sector, but there are ongoing challenges to be met. This in-depth course aims to equip you with the skills and knowledge important to the effective case management of anti-social behaviour.

What will I learn?

This course will give you the tools to manage anti-social behaviour in a professional manner, on behalf of victims and the housing provider itself.

You won’t just learn the legal or technical skills of case management, but also:

  • How to achieve successful early intervention
  • The Interpersonal skills needed for tackling and diffusing difficult situations
  • How to work to good effect with other agencies.
Who should attend?

Anyone responsible for the support or supervision of anti-social behaviour case management, or for setting policy. Also, those from other agencies working with housing providers.
