Description

If you need a concise update on recent developments and topical issues in housing law together with some tips on how to avoid the pitfalls that they create, this is the event for you. Gail Sykes, Partner and Head of Housing Law at Buckles Solicitors LLP will guide you through subjects including-
• Recent challenges to Section 21 notices and accelerated possession proceedings;

• Dealing with disrepair claims and counterclaims
• Possession claims, impact assessments and disabled tenants

This event is free to attend for CIH members and £40.00 + VAT for non-members.
