CIH is proud to be supporting the Women’s Aid as our Presidential Charity for the next two years. We have been working with the Domestic Abuse Housing Alliance (DAHA) signpost and provide workshops for housing providers up and down the country.
This session will focus on the vital role that housing has to play in reducing and preventing domestic abuse. We will be introduced to DAHA and the work that they have been doing to support providers.
This will be an invaluable opportunity to learn more about a previously taboo subject and how we as a sector can better support our tenants all-round. We will hear from other providers who have also recently looked at their strategy around this and the impact of their work.
Kindly hosted by CESSAC in one of their supporting housing schemes.
