Benefits of attending

This event is a chance for you to challenge your thinking of how to effectively manage performance and an alternative way of using KPI's and how this can affect performance. You will also gain an insight into systems thinking and how this could possibly benefit you in your organisation.

Paul Woodham has many years experirence in the repairs sector and will be providing his views on how best to view overall performance and measures within your organisation/team. Having effectively applied this to numerous organisations including G15, housing associations and local authorities. It's now time to challenge your thinking and see if we have been looking at performance the right way.

Target audience

This event is aimed at directors, board members, managers, heads of service, contract managers, DLO organisations and repairs managers/supervisors.

This event is free to attend for CIH members and £40.00 + VAT for non-members.

Non CIH members, please note if you cancel within 3 days of the event or do not attend you will be charged the full fee.
