When a mentoring relationship works really well it can have a profound impact, helping you to make plans for your future, to develop new skills and seek out new experiences and to progress in your career. But what should you expect from such a relationship and how do you get the most out of it?
This webinar will explore the benefits of mentoring, how to choose the right mentor for you and how to approach your relationship to make sure that it really works for you.
This webinar is free for CIH members and for non members to attend.

The CIH mentoring scheme is run through our CiZone which helps us facilitate the connection between our mentors and mentees as well as provides a range of resources to help you get the most out of your mentoring relationship. Working with a mentor can help you increase your personal knowledge and understanding of housing, obtain advice, encouragement when establishing your own career development plan and provide a confidential safe environment in which to explore your career options.
To request a mentor, you will need to be a fully paying CIH member.
