The Government has made some changes to Universal Credit programme however the roll out continues. This session is designed to enable people to learn from the pilot areas and ask the burning questions each organisation needs to ask to make sure they are ready for the change.

No point in reinventing the wheel or sitting with unanswered questions, concerns or issues – please come along and use this session to ensure you are prepared to protect your organisation and its income plus your tenants and residents, to maintain stable communities.

Benefits of attending

This session will provide an opportunity for people in the region to hear about the experiences of the Universal Credit Pilots.  The speakers will talk about their findings and the impact on the organisation and tenants and residents, giving examples, of good practice, what went wrong and how to avoid this happening in your organisation. If you are working with tenants and residents throughout the roll out of Universal Credit and / or analysing the impact on your organisation and the lives of those affected then this session is an absolute must.
