Benefits of attending
Wellbeing has become an increasingly prominent feature in nearly every organisation’s people strategy or HR approach generally. Although working in housing can be one of the most rewarding careers, it can also be an incredibly stressful task at times. Housing professionals are constantly being asked to do more with less, organisations are having to respond to increasing demand and search for ways in which to transform and deliver efficient services. This brings new levels of pressure for staff across entire organisations, meaning that staff have to be more and more resilient in order to manage stress and deal with difficult situations.
This webinar will explore the different approaches taken by organisations, as well as delving into some of the best ways to handle these challenges both personally and corporately. Our expert speaker Anthony Taylor will be on hand to offer advise, share experience and answer questions.
It is vital that we as a sector share our experiences and develop our understanding of how we can best support our staff.
