Having a clear focus your organisation's skills is extremely important, especially given the current landscape we’re working in. We know there are skills the sector desperately needs - an issue which will be exacerbated over the next five years as demand increases.

We need a longer-term, broader view to recognise that traditional methods of obtaining skills are now not available in a post-Brexit and post-pandemic landscape. It is unlikely that the Government will solve national skills shortages, so we must begin to focus on a long-term pipeline.
