The importance of getting it right

This session will explore how effective pre-tenancy engagement can support tenants to thrive and sustain tenancies.

Everyone wants a safe, comfortable space they can afford to call home, but sometimes, there are outside pressures that can put this at risk.

Engaging with tenants before they enter into an agreement is a great way to ascertain what advice and support they may need in order to sustain their tenancy. Investing in pre-tenancy engagement is a great way to do this and can help mitigate problems by identifying areas of need from the outset.

Join us in this Housing Management masterclass to hear practical examples from housing providers who have implemented new measures to ensure every individual they work with gets all the support they need to sustain their tenancy.
