Northern Ireland Housing Executive
NIHE care for around 85,000 homes across Northern Ireland and we work with partners in local government, councils and housing associations to deliver new-build accommodation of excellent, modern standard. We assist with housing adaptations for those living with a disability and fund community impact projects across Northern Ireland to improve local cohesion and foster vibrant communities.
Ongo
Ongo is a partnership designed to give something back to communities. Its purpose is to look for new opportunities which will ultimately help the people of North Lincolnshire. All profit made through the partnership is reinvested back into the organisation to help build new homes and invest further in community initiatives.

Platform Housing Group
Platform Housing Group owns and manages 46,000 homes across the Midlands, with a portfolio that includes social and affordable rent and shared ownership houses. Redditch Borough Council
Redditch Borough Council Housing Team have recently gone through a large-scale transformation of their Housing Service. We aim to be one of the best and most consistent providers of good quality affordable housing in Worcestershire. Our links with CIH will help us to ensure colleagues are well trained and competent in the role they are undertaking, which in turn will drive the quality of our services up and provide our customers with the best experience possible. This new partnership with CIH will help us meet our strategic aim of making a difference to those who use our services.
Solihull Community Housing
Solihull Community Housing is the ALMO set up in April 2004 to run the housing service on behalf of Solihull Council. This means that with Solihull Council own the properties but housing services are delivered by us. We are run by a Board made up of three tenants, four councillors and three independent people chosen for their specialist skills and experience.
Sovereign
We are a leading housing association, striving to provide quality, affordable homes in happy, successful places. We have deep roots in the south of England, with almost 60,000 homes focused in a core area covering Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Dorset, Devon, Wiltshire, the West of England and the Isle of Wight.
