This e-learning module is beneficial for any housing professional who has used the CIH professional standards and accompanying self-assessment tool to identify essential behaviours relevant to their daily role.
You will challenge your behaviours, thoughts and actions, tackle stigma and ensure that ethics and professionalism drives all of your decision making.
It will help you identify discrimination and bias, enabling you to challenge such behaviours when you encounter them so you can work more effectively, promote sharing of good practice and meet customers’ needs and requirements.
