CIH Scotland responds to landlord fees consultation



CIH Scotland has submitted a response to the Scottish Government consultation on 'proposals for reviewing the current landlord registration fee structure and expanding the range of prescribed information applicants must provide to local authorities'.

The response says that while CIH members are very supportive of measures that will support good practice in the sector, we need to ensure that landlords have access to the information, advice and training that they need to be able to provide high quality homes and services to the 330,000 households now renting privately across Scotland.
