Dementia Pathways: Housing's Role - practice guide for housing practitioners

CIH Scotland has launched a new practice guide to help housing practitioners offer suitable support to people affected by dementia. Dementia Pathways: Housing's Role provides recommendations for housing staff covering four separate pathways, each representing key stages in a typical dementia journey.
