Did you know that we have a thriving home ownership and leasehold discussion group based in the south east?

Meetings are held on a quarterly basis with a flexible agenda, for which recent topics have included:
The group also operates an email network for members to engage with each other for feedback on policies, procedures and ideas for service improvement. In addition, the group holds an annual conference, focusing on a wide range of home ownership and leasehold topics.
The next meeting is 9 May in Redhill. If you would like to attend this meeting or join the discussion group, please contact Kelly Seenundun

Our training programme is designed to ensure housing professionals and organisations are equipped to overcome the challenges they face day-to-day. Delivered by expert trainers in a friendly, stimulating environment, our courses bring together formal training with day-to-day experience, including lots of references to work and the real-life problems and issues delegates face.
The awards are designed to showcase the very best examples of good practice from around the sector and took place at the South East Conference.
