Description

In this, course we will delve deeper into the different techniques for building effective teams that consistently perform to a high standard.

We will explore The 4 segments shown below with the addition of an online questionnaire giving you a personalised motivational profile and explore what differences this can make to teams and individuals response to goal delivery.

This fully interactive session brings the elements below to life exploring how we can design specific teams and enhance performance to get great results on a consistent basis. We will run a pre course questionnaire to explore the specific team development needs of the delegates and tailor the slides to suit the teams needs in a very dynamic way.

The session will run multimedia content - using Slido for live course interaction with live polls, interactive quizzes and voting opportunities. Will will compare Leadership styles on YouTube and challenge the status quo when it comes to team building

Learning Outcomes


The learning outcomes for each of the 4 segments will be added to as follows;

Building clarity into team direction, we will personalise the steps required for your organisations project team with online pre-questionnaires and break out discussion rooms in this segment that will ensure you come away with the necessary insights to create your communication strategy

Recruitment from both inside and outside of the organisation, here we will ask delegates to explore their current recruitment approach for teams and work as a focus group in the session to add further detail to this step to really take the formation stage to the next level

Creating clear team dynamics and working strengths, in this segment we will add to the understanding of motivation by delivering some online questionnaires that will explore motivational preference and Strength finder details that will give insight into your personal traits and strengths and how to look out for what you need in others

Driving performance and maintaining high levels of team motivation, this segment will take what we know about motivation strategy and tweak it to ensure the long-term success of your team

Who should attend?

The programme is aimed at everyone from the frontline operative to the chief exec and it can help us in the way we use our thinking to drive results through the successful creation and drive of high performing teams.  It is advisable that you have carried out the first of this two-part course before you join this session.
