Introduction to Development & Regeneration Part Two of a Two part Series

Introduction to Development and Regeneration Part 2 of a 2 Part Series

Description

To consider how development and regeneration is achieved by housing providers and their partners through a combination of presented information, delegate discussion and opportunity to reflect and apply.
•    Ranging from new development where the housing provider is producing new homes and communities
•    To dealing with the legacies of the past through regeneration
•    Legacies in the sense of ‘modernism’, well intentioned, but not successful such as some post war housing developments
•    Legacies also being urban and rural locations that have outlived their original roles

This two-part series offers an in depth examination of Effective Governance & attendance at both sessions, whilst advised is not necessary. These sessions can be attended as standalone training and content has been structured to enable a delegate to identify which areas are relevant and require additional support
