What you'll learnThis course will explore the duties owed by local housing authorities under Part VII of the Housing Act 1996 (as amended); the legal tests to determine when such duties arise and how they can be met.
Who should attendAnyone who is new to working in homeless, or in need of a refresher. Suitable both for those making homelessness decisions and those supporting clients who are making homeless applications.
