What is the Level 3 certificate in housing services?
It is a qualification which provides learners with a broader knowledge and understanding of key areas in delivering housing services. If you already have completed a Level 2 Certificate in Housing Practice or have experience of working in housing this is the ideal qualification. Completing four units, from a choice of seven you can select the units that best suit your current role or one you aspire to. A fantastic choice if you are lookig to progress within the sector or are new to housing.

Who is it for?
Ideal for housing, inclusion, neighbourhood and regeneration officers, anyone who has completed the CIH level 2 certificate in housing or would like to begin a career in the housing sector.
