What you'll learn
In detail the course will examine good practice case studies by exploring contributing factors including housing, environment, health, education, employment, safety and community cohesion, learning how to analyse sources of information to form a local strategy.
Who should attend
Housing and neighbourhood officers, those serving their local neighbourhoods by providing housing management services or anyone that already has a level 2 qualification and/or experience of working in housing.
