Salary: £31k - 34k depending on experience

Location/base: Flexible – option to work from home and/ or in the office

Hours: 35 hours per week

The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) is the professional body for people who work in housing, the independent voice for housing and the home of professional standards. Our mission is to support housing professionals to create a future where everyone has a place to call home by providing them and their organisations with the advice, support, and knowledge they need. We are now recruiting a customer success manager to join our partnerships team.

 

About you

The successful candidate will need to be a customer-centric, highly organised, driven, and passionate individual focused on delivering the best outcomes for CIH partners. 

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can proactively work with our existing customers to understand their business. We can provide tailored solutions utilising CIH products and create added value opportunities to develop strategic partnerships.

As our customer success manager, it will be essential that you can build a strong connection with customers leading to lasting relationships, be self-motivated and can demonstrate an energetic “can do” attitude to assist the partnership manager in achieving sales targets.
