Job title: Membership development manager (CIH Republic of Ireland)
Salary: €55,000 Euros
Location/base: Your normal place of work will be at home. Hybrid and agile work is offered.
Hours: 35 hours per week
Those who work in housing will know we are the independent voice with a mission to support housing professionals to create a future in which everyone has a place to call home. As a professional membership body, we are a registered charity and not-for-profit organisation, which means we are proud to put our money back into the organisation and fund the activities to support the sector.
With a diverse membership of people who work in both the public and private sectors, in 20 countries on five continents worldwide, we are now seeking to expand our internal team in the Republic of Ireland region. This role will be a champion for the sector and contribute to the development and delivery of an Ireland-wide membership growth strategy.
Reporting to the National Director in Northern Ireland and the Ireland Board, this role must build key relationships with local employers, other stakeholders, and partners to ensure that our service offer meets the sector's needs.
Supporting the Ireland board in developing and promoting policy, you will work with teams across CIH to identify opportunities to develop and deliver learning, knowledge and networking that meets the needs of housing professionals.
Whether you are a housing professional or have experience working in membership bodies, the important factor is that you are ambitious, wish to have an impact and secure an influential role in the sector.
