Are you from development teams, asset management or related primary suppliers? This would also benefit board members/champions from medium and smaller organisations, reinforcing their commitment to decarbonisation and environmental sustainability.
Here at CIH, we want to provide everyone in housing with the skills and knowledge needed to keep up with the ever-changing environment. Our online training has been developed by expert professionals on critical topics and allows you to apply the learning to your day job.
Barry Smith is a former chief executive and chair of small-medium housing providers and has previously held the head of housing in local government. He has been working independently since 2004 and delivers a range of CIH Housing Academy programmes on leadership, governance and board member skills. He has previously co-authored four best practice guides to explain and stimulate environmental responsibility in new build and existing stock.
Barry has a reputation for creating the space to reflect on the challenges before us, draw on the inner creativity within housing providers, identify the future direction and build robust strategies in these volatile and uncertain times.
