With significant implications for managers and operational staff, this course will support you to understand the changes from the Government’s White Paper/Regulation of Social Housing Bill, Building Safety Act 2022 and complaints processes in social housing.

Description

There is much change in social housing; the return of Consumer Regulation, enhancement of complaints procedures, building safety, review of the Decent Homes Standard and more. As well as the need for better tenant engagement, ensuring of respect and tackling stigma.

Whilst formally the White Paper is only applicable to England, this course will share many principles of good practice that would be beneficial to all part of the UK.
