Are you relatively new to housing management?

This course aims to provide you with an introduction/refresher to the essential features of the law within housing management.

What will I learn?

At the end of this course you'll be able to:

  • Understand the legal framework in which housing management law is conducted
  • Explain law related to different types of tenancy
  • Grasp tenancy enforcement and alternatives
  • Understand law concerning rent income collection and law to tackle anti-social behaviour
  • Know how to work with other professionals within the court system
  • Have the ability to make professional choices between legal and non-legal solutions
Who should attend?

Housing Law covers a broad range of issues, including not only those relating to the relationship between landlord and tenant, but also a range of other issues overlapping with other areas of law. If you are looking to get an understanding of this area then this course is for you.
