This two-part event is open to non-members and members: The first part for members only and free to attend is the two-day South West housing conference offering you the opportunity to learn, share innovations and network with professionals from across the region. The second part on day two only (Wed 10 Feb) is a paid ticket option for non-members – our new 'Asset Management Summit' – bringing together housing experts, contractors and sector peers to explore the challenges and opportunities shaping social housing.

We'll be back in Glasgow in 2027, bringing together housing professionals, policymakers, residents, and stakeholders from across Scotland and beyond. As the largest housing conference in Scotland, you can expect inspiring speakers, thought-provoking debate, and real conversations about the future of housing in the nation.
