Building Better Boards – Getting Ahead of the Curve

With conflicting priorities and an ever-changing landscape in housing, this event in our Building Better Boards series will showcase good practice examples on how board members can start to embed change and deliver for residents in these uncertain times, outside of relying on the latest legal, policy and regulatory updates.

In the first half of this session, we will explore some innovative case studies from across the sector where organisations have really taken the initiative.

You’ll hear first-hand as to how and why some decisions were made, and what this meant from a governance angle. We’ll discuss how organisations have benefitted from their proactive approach and the lessons learnt along the way.

In the second half of the event, we’ll move into a facilitated interactive discussion so you can ask questions and gather key insights from our panel of speakers.
