Change is coming
There are a whole raft of changes coming over the horizon and they are huge – even seismic. This event provides an overview of the key changes – we will hear from speakers from both MHLG, the Home Office and the Regulator of Social Housing, who will unpick the essential parts of the Building Safety Bill, the Fire Safety Bill and the social housing white paper. We are especially pleased to have Dame Judith Hackitt to set the scene for the day.
And our practical session will focus on:
- Competence and role of the building safety manager
- Culture change
- Resident engagement
- The new building safety regulatory regime
