In this session, we’ll be joined by colleagues from Grand Union Housing Group as they give an overview of their approach to better understanding their customer base through psychographic segmentation.

During the session, we’ll explore how Grand Union uses insight and data to inform evidence-based transformation and design services that meet customers’ needs.
