Organisational culture is the collective result of how people think and behave alongside their shared values.

The housing sector knows that it hasn’t always got this right, and with a new proactive consumer standard coming we all need to be thinking about how we build a ‘values-based’ approach with tenants and residents at the heart.

This session will provide an opportunity to explore what ‘good’ looks like when it comes to setting and sustaining a positive and open operating culture that promotes constructive challenge, empathetic response and ensures everyone has a voice.
