With this networking event, as previous, the CIH West Midlands group’s focus is to bring members together in the region in a relaxed atmosphere, creating an avenue to link up with professionals in and out of the sector to gain from their expertise, knowledge and skills needed to shape next steps in their leadership journey.

Michelle is an esteemed consultant with a focus on developing leadership skills; she has a background of over 10 years of work in social housing prior to this. Michelle brings further expertise in EDI, team coaching and change management processes in the sector, and continues to challenge the status quo with a forward-thinking approach to her work.

 

Yetunde Dania, solicitor, partner and head of office, Trowers & Hamlins

Yetunde is a Partner and Head of Office with Trowers & Hamlins, a leading solicitors firm. With over 5 years in board and trustee positions, as well as significant involvement in EDI groups, Yetunde will offer a holistic insight into nurturing leadership qualities and adapting to both commercialised and operational elements of leadership in social housing.

 

Elizabeth Froude, group chief executive, Platform Housing

Elizabeth is an experienced social housing executive with over 20 years of work with notable housing associations and public sector bodies. She is the chief executive and board member of two large-scale housing providers; Elizabeth will provide insight on her journey to leadership and methodology to enabling the skills required to be a leader in the sector.

 

Dawn Faulkner, partner, Faerfield

With almost 10 years of specialist recruitment experience for executives in the public sector, Dawn will offer insight on the staffing and development needs in Social Housing and how to enable strong leadership within the sector. She has placed a range of roles, from Head of Service to Chief Executive, driving culture and strategic change, and enabling organisational direction.
