‍Switch Housing is a multi solutions housing company that was formed in 2020 during the Covid pandemic when our hospitality group kept 2 hotels open to assist Birmingham City Council’s temporary accommodation demand.  Over the last 3 years switch have gained an invaluable understanding of the Social Housing issues and requirements across all areas.
