Lessons and trends from the latest Consumer Standards report
In preparing for the new Consumer Standards, the Regulator urged landlords to ensure they met existing standards. Now the report from 2023-2024 is out, this session will explore trends and lessons the sector can take into its work for the new proactive standards.
This webinar will provide members with the opportunity to hear what the Regulator thinks of performance against the previous consumer standards, picking up trends and lessons from its recent report.
There will be an opportunity to pose questions to the Regulator and reflect on what this means for responding to the new consumer standards.
