Justin is the national director for Northern Ireland at Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) representing the CIH Housing Academy.

Justin, with over a decade of experience in the NI housing sector, is a seasoned professional in external affairs and policy development, having worked both in Australia and Northern Ireland.

In his role at CIH, Justin has led impactful initiatives, shaping housing policy, law and regulations through successful project work for the Department for Communities.

As the former editor of ‘Housing Ireland’, he has demonstrated a commitment to knowledge sharing. A chartered member of CIH and active community participant, Justin brings a unique perspective to his training approach, ensuring complex debates are accessible and policy objectives are translated into practical applications.
