Commenting on the award winners, CIH Cymru director Matt Dicks said:
“The Welsh Housing Awards and accompanying Good Practice Compendium is one of the most important activities for CIH Cymru and wider Welsh housing sector each year because it pulls together examples and case studies of how you, housing professionals, make a difference - a difference to the tenants and communities that we serve across Wales, but also to wider public policy objectives that make a difference to all our lives.
“It is fantastic to see so many positive examples of innovation from the sector in Wales. I’d like to share my heartfelt congratulations to the winners, nominees and everyone who submitted an entry to the awards. All the entries had an incredibly high standard of innovation and delivery that we should all be proud of.”
