CIH continues partnership with the Housing Diversity Network

We are delighted to be continuing our partnership with the Housing Diversity Network (HDN). The partnership, which offers discounted CIH membership to housing professionals taking part in HDN’s Staff Mentoring Program, is reflective of both organisations’ commitment to improving professional standards in the housing sector.

Working together, CIH and HDN strive to be strong voices in the drive to enhance diversity and inclusion by providing education, enhanced awareness, and encouragement to all who work in housing.

HDN’s award-winning Staff Mentoring Programme helps organisations to continually improve diversity at all levels of their workforce. Mushtaq Khan, HDN CEO says: “We’re really keen to ensure people who come onto our mentoring programme view it as the start of a journey, and joining the CIH is a great way of finding the path to continuous professional development.” Moreen Pascal, HDN programme manager added: “Approximately two thirds of programme delegates identify as female and nearly another third as coming from Black or Asian or other minority ethnic backgrounds; this collaboration helps widen access.”
