Holiday and time off
Full-time colleagues get 25 days holiday a year, plus eight bank holidays, and three additional days over Christmas. Colleagues also have the opportunity to buy or sell holiday days each year. All time off is pro-rated for part time and condensed-hours colleagues.
Flexible working and leave
Whether you need to flex hours to make the school run, want to request to work your hours in less days, or want to change your working location, we offer flexibility in the way you work to make sure you have a work life balance whilst still meeting our business needs. We also have generous sick pay and company policies to support you through things such as caring responsibilities and menopause.

At CIH we offer an employee assistance programme with a wealth of support options from counselling and therapy to physical health and GP appointments, it even includes legal and financial advice and other support services.
Salary and pension
Salaries are banded based on role and benchmarked against industry for fairness; there are also performance bonuses and awards for outstanding employees, and we offer Wagestream: a platform designed to help you manage your income. The colleague pension offers employer contributions at 5% of your salary with employee’s base contributions at 4%. As an employer we also offer income protection in case of extended periods of illness and death in service benefits equivalent to three times your salary.
Discounts and schemes
CIH offers the Pluxee discount platform to all employees, this brings a wealth of discounts from your grocery shop to your next holiday. Alongside these discounts, CIH also offers gym memberships, a cycle to work scheme and a Home and Tech salary sacrifice scheme. CIH will also pay for annual eye tests as required for CIH employees and can contribute towards the cost of glasses if they are needed for work use.

Annual get-togethers and collaboration
Join the rest of your colleagues at our annual colleague conference, held in Coventry, to catch up business projects, hear from expert speakers, and have a chance for networking with colleagues across the business. As well as our annual all colleague gathering, teams will regularly get together for either team building or collaboration meetings when required.
