Our Level 2 qualifications provide a solid introduction to the housing sector, giving you the essential knowledge and skills to get started in your role.
Level 3 qualifications offer contextual and specialised knowledge to support your role and help advance your career. Suitable for housing officers, aspiring officers, and coordinators. Completing a Level 3 certificate also makes you eligible to become a certified practitioner member of CIH.
Level four qualifications deepen your knowledge and skills for housing professionals in supervisory or team leader roles, supporting career progression and leadership development. Completing a level four qualification qualifies you for certified practitioner membership.
Level five qualification focuses on contextual and specialised knowledge for housing managers. Completing a qualification at this level qualifies you to become a chartered member of CIH.
