CIH awarding organisation charges fees for qualification services and products.
Below is a breakdown of all applicable fees for study centres. These fees are valid from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026.

On receipt of a centre approval application form, a non-refundable fee will be charged to cover the centre approval process.

This covers the 12-month period from the date of initial approval for the following services:
- Annual external quality assurance activity
- Annual centre forums
- Centre support
- Parnassus access.

Upon submission of an application to deliver a new qualification or additional unit(s), centres will be charged a non-refundable fee to cover the approval process, including the review of associated assessment tasks.
£54 +VAT
This fee is charged when a centre fails to register a learner within the agreed timescales.

If an appeal made by a centre is not upheld, a fee will be charged to cover administration and investigation costs. See the appeals policy for further details.

Awarding organisation fee rules and assumptions
- Centres will register learners on the most appropriate learning aim (qualification or combination of units)
- Registration fees are non-refundable
- If a learner defers and returns to learning within a year, the centre will not be invoiced again, provided the learner is still aiming to complete the original learning aim (qualification or combination of units) that they are registered against
