Michael is a Chartered Housing Professional, Chartered Management Consultant and Chartered Manager. He holds Masters Degrees in Leadership and Management (Merit), in Housing Studies (Distinction), a Postgraduate Certificate in Corporate Governance (Distinction), and five Fellowships.
He is a long established member of the CIH Housing Academy, and has other roles with the CIH such as chairing a Chartered Membership Professional Interview Panel and as a Registered Mentor.
