Learn about housing employer initiatives to raise the profile of housing as a career of choice
In the housing sector, we do more than provide homes - we create opportunities, build communities and make a real difference to people's lives. There’s a place for everyone in housing, whether you are just starting out or are looking to change or progress in your career.
CIH President Elly Hoult’s presidential campaign CHOOSE HOUSING has gained enormous traction and involvement during her presidential year and it’s crucial that as a sector we work together to continue to raise the importance of housing as a career of choose.
It’s crucial that we ensure we are providing appropriate and suitable career paths and routes of entry into housing.
In this session you’ll hear more from a range of employers who will showcase different programmes, aimed at a variety of age groups and covering many opportunities to carry out work experience and develop employability skills, experience and knowledge along the way.
This session will be interactive and we’re hoping to hear of similar programmes delegates may be involved in.
