Over the last four years Lovell has delivered over 16,000 new affordable homes to our Housing Association and Local Authority partners. Acting as either contractor or through us introducing additional affordable homes above Section 106 on our own mixed tenure developments, in 2024, we delivered over 5,000 new homes of which 83% were affordable.
In addition, as our partners focus on their own asset management and retrofit plans, our growing Lovell Renew business has carried out planned maintenance and refurbishment to a further 3,000 homes in the last 12 months.
