Over the last three years Lovell has delivered close to 12,000 new affordable homes to our housing association and local authority partners. Acting as either contractor or through us introducing additional affordable homes above Section 106 on our own mixed tenure developments, in 2023, 83 per cent of the homes we built were affordable and we hope to complete over 5,000 more by the end of 2024.
