SER Contractor Ltd
Equipped with over 15 years’ experience in the delivery of planned refurbishment projects across London and the Southeast, SER Contractor has the necessary knowledge and skill to successfully deliver for our clients. We have existing partnerships with councils such as Lambeth, Haringey and Camden, where we’ve delivered similar works to a high quality, on time, and within budget.
We employ an in-house Procurement Team and also own a Builder Merchants Business, Elite Building Services (EBS), who specialise in cost effective material procurement.
SER Contractor are a privately owned, London based SME contractor that is big enough to deliver but small enough to give a personalised, bespoke service that bigger firms can’t provide. We deliver everything from whole block refurbishments to kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes, voids, roofing, retrofit and FRA works.

But we’ve grown to cover more than just procurement. We reinvest in the sector through our tailored training programmes, knowledge-sharing events, and community fund - all helping our members make a lasting impact.
