Hear from the Housing Ombudsman about their report on repairing trust in social housing

The Housing Ombudsman released its new spotlight report on Repairing Trust on 29 May. In this webinar, members of the Housing Ombudsman’s research team will present the findings of the report and take your questions about it.

The Housing Ombudsman’s latest spotlight report shows the continuing importance of work to develop collaborative approaches to designing and delivering excellent repairs and maintenance services.

The examples, learnings, and recommendations in the report are valuable for all housing professionals, and we are giving CIH members the opportunity to hear from and engage directly with the Housing Ombudsman about it.

What to expect:

  • Hear about the findings of the Housing Ombudsman’s new report
  • Ask questions about the report and how they can replicate some of the good practice it highlights in their own work
  • Understand how you can reflect the recommendations of the report in your own organisation and professional practice.

Your speakers:

  • Zoe Miller, insight and systemic manager, Housing Ombudsman
  • Christopher Harrison, insight and systemic lead, Housing Ombudsman
  • Chair: Eve Blezard, policy lead, Chartered Institute of Housing
