Part of the LHC Procurement Group, the South West Procurement Alliance (SWPA) was launched in October 2019.
The relationship between LHC PG and the local team gives SWPA the unique position of having local knowledge and relationships, while also benefiting from additional resources and expertise from a national framework provider.

End Furniture Poverty (EFP) is FRC Group’s campaigning arm and exists to raise awareness of furniture poverty and develop solutions to ensure that everyone has access to the essential furniture items needed to lead a secure life.
EFP’s objectives have a focus on the provision of furnished tenancies, and through this work has developed a unique understanding of the barriers landlords can face when attempting to introduce a furnished tenancy scheme.
With this in mind, Furniture Flex has been created specifically to offer greater flexibility to social housing providers who want to supply furnished accommodation, with rental, purchase and mixed procurement models that improve the financial viability of furnished tenancies.
