Taking stock of the tenant satisfaction measures (TSMs): a view of the sector from its data – what it does well and what lessons it can learn.

This webinar is an opportunity to hear from the Regulator on what the first year of TSM data illustrates about the sector; what it does well and what needs improvement, and the view from landlords on their experience and learning from the first year of TSMs.

Delegates will hear directly from the Regulator on its stock take of the sector from the first year of TSM data.

  • On what the sector is doing well at
  • On the lessons the sector needs to take away – key areas of dis/satisfaction for tenants
  • Views of the process and lessons from the experience from landlords which are performing well/ improving
  • And how to use the data to shape services.

Angela will talk about the Regulator’s report on the sector’s first year of tenant satisfaction measures reports

  • What it sees as the key lessons for the sector, building on its strengths and tackling its weaknesses.
  • How the sector can use its data effectively to improve services.

Peter will talk about:

  • The process of collecting TSMs and the experience of tenants
  • How that data has and will inform its services in future
  • How use of data supported its successful inspection results (C1).
