Taking stock of the tenant satisfaction measures (TSMs): a view of the sector from its data – what it does well and what lessons it can learn.
This webinar is an opportunity to hear from the Regulator on what the first year of TSM data illustrates about the sector; what it does well and what needs improvement, and the view from landlords on their experience and learning from the first year of TSMs.
Delegates will hear directly from the Regulator on its stock take of the sector from the first year of TSM data.

- The process of collecting TSMs and the experience of tenants
- How that data has and will inform its services in future
- How use of data supported its successful inspection results (C1).
