Pauline Haynes started her career in the Social Housing Sector and was a founder member of Oxleas Housing Cooperative, worked as a Tenancy Relations Officer and Adviser to the Head of Housing.
She has been a Training Consultant and Coach for 23 years developing and delivering training programmes in the Social Housing Sector, Shelter. NHS, Local Government, Children and Young Peoples Services, HMP and the Probation Service. Pauline prides herself in delivering relevant insightful and engaging training that participants can use and apply to their job roles
