Our training courses and qualifications are supported by housing professionals with experience and in-depth knowledge of the housing topics that our learners need to understand.

Internal verifiers play an integral role in ensuring the standardisation and consistency of its qualifications. The role involves following the processes and procedures set out in the IV Sampling Procedures document and other Housing Academy (HA) Policies and Procedures.
We are seeking to expand our pool of authors to reflect the increase in demand for online and blended learning qualifications and training. If you are interested in applying to become an author please download the role specification to find out how to apply.
How to apply
For all roles you need to provide:
- A CV and short biography
- Two references, preferably with at least one referee who can comment upon your experience of working in a learning and teaching setting (these can be supplied directly by the referee to CIH)
- A statement outlining your relevant experience.
