Chartered membership CIHCM is available to UK members for an annual membership fee of £394* spread across 12 months by Direct Debit.
There are many different ways to pay for your membership fee, including:

This path is for aspiring professionals, supervisors and managers. This qualification covers leadership and management, strategic business planning, ethical and professional practice and managing relationships.

This path is aimed at experienced housing professionals who want to demonstrate that they have the knowledge required to lead people and manage change.
This path is aimed at housing practitioners operating at director or senior management level. It requires applicants to demonstrate and present a case on how their professional experience and practice shows that they meet the requirements of chartered membership.
Several undergraduate and postgraduate courses, both full and part-time, are recognised by CIH as meeting the requirements for chartered membership. Universities from around the country offer these courses.
