CIH statement on the passing of Her Majesty The Queen

Chartered Institute of Housing are saddened to acknowledge the passing of Her Majesty The Queen. The Queen was an exceptionally long serving public servant, during remarkable periods in history and achieved a huge amount of good.

In 1984 we were honoured to be granted a Royal Charter by The Queen, which we have reflected in our name since 1994, when we became the Chartered Institute of Housing.

We stand with our team, members, and the nation in expressing our heartfelt sympathies to the Royal family at this time.

As a mark of respect, we will remain silent on our social media channels for the rest of this evening and tomorrow.
